Jigar Bhatt is a national rank holder Chartered Accountant, having an experience of over a decade in the BFSI sector. During his long association with leading private sector bank, he has managed projects like development of credit policies, loan management systems, audit rating models, portfolio buyouts, development of product & risk learning modules etc. His rich experience includes leading underwriting team for Retail Assets and SME Division at Zonal level. He has been instrumental in advising clients on raising funds for specialized projects including hotels, hospitals, educational institutes, engineering industries and NBFCs.
He has also handled Internal Audits of a bank with expertise in Bank Branches, Compliance, Credit Risk, Regional Processing Cells, Asset Reconstruction, Wealth Management & Business Control Units.His expertise areas include Development of RCSA, Risk Based Internal Audit, SOP Assessments, Risk Rating Model development, Credit Risk underwriting, Portfolio due-diligence, Financial & KYC Due-diligence, Credit documentation hindsighting and Data analysis.
